Josh Groban Takes It All In From the Audience

He has made memorable moments for millions of fans since bursting into the music scene in 2001 and continues to win new fans with his melodic harmonies. Josh Groban was with us on 9NEWS 5 a.m.
Groban said his latest CD, "Awake Live," captures some of the energy that comes from his arena shows. In this case it was at Salt Lake City's EnergySolutions Arena before a soldout crowd of 15,000.
"It sold out in like 5 to 10 minutes," he said. "I knew it was going to be a great show."
The DVD includes fan favorites from Groban's three best-selling albums, including "Canto Alla Vita" and "Alla Luce del Sole" from his double-platinum self titled 2001 debut, and "You Raise Me Up."
Groban's next concert appearance will be for Nelson Mandela's 90th birthday concert in London's Hyde Park on the evening of Friday June 27.
