World-renowned crooner Josh Groban is to return to South Africa. The singer, who on his previous visits has been extremely vocal about his love for South Africa, will be here in March.

Groban last toured South Africa in 2004, when he promoted his album Awake.

Lovers of house music might remember DJ Sbu's remix of one of Groban's songs, Remember When it Rained, which topped the charts for weeks.

Groban's latest tour will promote his latest album, Noel, which was released in South Africa yesterday.

Groban will perform at Greyville Race Course, Durban, on March 16, at Bloemfontein's Oliewenhuis Homestead and Estate on March 18, at the Vergelegen wine estate in Cape Town on March 20, and in Johannesburg at the Coca-Cola Dome on March 26.

Said Groban: "I'm especially excited about finally returning to South Africa. I feel like my fans are ready to come on a journey with me.

"South Africa is very dear to me and I have never forgotten the spirit and passion shown to me on my last visit.

"This remains one of my greatest memories of my tour around the world."
